We’re looking for an ambitious, driven and experienced leader to come grow our Consulting business. As an end-to-end marketing services organization, we’ve got a strong and growing Consulting arm that provides valuable service to our blue chip customers primarily in the technology space. Unlike other firms which operate mostly as a ‘body shop’, Nayamode Consulting offers true consulting services including specialists in areas such as Project/Program management, Strategy, Marcom, Campaign management, Analytics/BI, and more. Further, with the complementary Creative Agency services offered by Nayamode, we offer a true end-to-end solution for our customers for any/all of their marketing needs.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience:
- Working in a small, fast growing organization in the services space
- Leveraging a healthy rolodex and be unafraid to carry a P&L responsibility which will include growing the business – i.e. selling
- Leading a team of smart, qualified professionals
- With the consulting services industry, including best practices in hiring, engaging people, building a customer base, identifying ways to improve quality of service to customers as well as employee experiences
- Recruiting and growing a team of sellers/account managers, recruiters, resource managers, operations managers and more
Compensation will be a combination of a base salary, topline/bottomline based bonus/commission, benefits and potentially stock based incentives.
Minimum ten years professional experience with at least five years in a customer facing role. MBA desired and bachelors required.
